Students attitude and behavior.

Students are the base of education system. With the changing era, the attitude of students towards teachers, school and education also changes. In the 20th century, students consider, 

"School is temple and teacher is god" . 

Due to the changing behavior of students towards teachers, they don't respect the teachers. Instead of respecting them, they made fun of them. Even they can't tolerate the punishment given by the teacher. If one of the teachers scold any student for a mistake then the students can't keep quiet. They start misbehaving with teachers like abusing, quarreling , etc. They don't think that the teachers scold them for their well being. 



Along with it, the attitude of students towards school changes so much. Formerly, responsibility of cleaning and maintaining the school is on students and every student was able to manage the work properly. But nowdays, students thought that it is not their work to maintain the school. They thought that they gave fees to school for studying not for doing cleanliness work. It is shameful for them to clean the school campus. According to them, maintainenace of school is the work of sweepers. Actually students are not ready to take responsibilities. Instead of maintaining the school, they damage school property like electric switchesand sports equipments, etc. 

The changing behavior of students is not limited to school and teachers but the thoughts of students for each other also changes. We can easily find or hear a news in Tv or newspaper that a junior class student is killed by senior class students due to very little matters. Fight scene of students can also be seen anywhere in the school. Fight and firing among students is now a very common thing and crime by students are not a matter of surprise. 

Due to the changing behavior and attitude of students , "the education foundation is slowly eaten by termites". For the solution of this huge problem, the parents and teachers should take a step together. 

SOLUTION:

1.Teachers should treat the students kindly and friendly. They should not gave the students hard punishment in front of whole class, because it hit their sense of self respect. 

2.If any teacher gave the child a punishment then the parents should not speak negatively about the teacher in front of child. They should told the child that this punishment is for his well being. Negative wording about teachers encourage the negativity in mind of teachers against the students.

3.Schools should start personality development classes and counsellings.

4.The head of the school like principal, chairman should talk to students about their dreams, life and school environment. Their talk with the students motivate them to become a good person. 

#Students have childish mind, if their elders try to give them a better environment then the students will surely came on the way of humanity . If the students become a good person in future and understand the meaning of education in a real and better way then the education system also stary healing and Nation start developing. 

As a saying, "Excellence is not a skill, it is ATTITUDE".
